The stylist was very friendly, helpful and transparent about the costs of different treatments, she also kept checking in with me while cutting my hair to make sure it was right. The haircut was perfect and was exactly what I had described. The only thing to improve was that the salon was empty when I arrived and after ringing the bell the colleague who arrived asked me to sit and wait and then left again, so I felt a bit awkward at first. But other than that the experience was very good!

Personnellement je n'ai pas trouvé le salon top ni le personnel particulièrement chaleureux ni attentifs. Nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure avant le rendez-vous ma fille et moi. Franchement décevant je n'y retournerais pas.
