I've been twice to this salon, the first time was fine, the second time my highlights/colour was not great. I asked for a gold (instead of white/cool), but after a day it turned yellow and the roots didn't match the rest of my hair very well. When I called to explain I wasn't met with much recognition and told to just use purple shampoo. Won't be going back.
