It was my second visit, after very successful first visit. Unfortunately this time I ended up with dry patches on my face, just before holidays that will take few days to heal… Nails weren’t done as thorough as before, I was sure I asked for a specific girl but apparently she wasn’t available and the lady that did my nails was nice, but did not pay enough attention to details and was constantly picking up phones to schedule new clients.

J'ai été bien accueillie et très bien pris en charge par l'équipe. Mon vernis semi permanent tiens toujours bien et je suis très satisfaite de mon épilationà la cire des sourcils. Je recommande l'institut.

Happy with my nails (shape and semi-permanent varnish) but less happy with the overall service. I had a 45 minute wait for my appointment, and there was a not very pleasant atmosphere between the staff present. I’d booked my appointment with Malikia having read some reviews, but it was not her who did my nails.
