Clara was nice but her attention focussed on other things, like her mobile phone. In the manicure, I found Clara somewhat sloppy and not accurate enough. The result was ok but not more than that. Upper lip waxing: not the full upper lip was waxed and it was done in a room without much light so I’m not surprised Clara did not see the result clearly.
