Despite a misunderstanding that was caused by Treatwell, Uma immediately resolved it. As a result, we were somewhat limited in time, but Uma handled this exceptionally well. She adjusted her treatment to my personal needs without me even asking. The facial treatment was done excellently, and on top of that, it was a pure moment of relaxation. I absolutely recommend it!
