Elle avait deux rendez vous a des horaires assez proches, alors elle ne voulait pas faire le soin que je voulais' apres avoir commencé, elle n’a pas pu finir mes ongles avant de passer à l’autre cliente qui était arrivée après moi.

Manucure japonaise offerte par mes amies. On a changé mon heure de rdv sans me consulter, j'étais libre heureusement... J'ai expliqué avoir du psoriasis sur les ongles et que je fais peu de manucure et ne suis pas habituée. Le soin devait durer 1h10, il a duré 30 min. J'ai eu les cuticules de plusieurs doigts coupées à sang qui me font encore mal. La dame n'était pas méchante mais je semblais clairement la saouler parce que j'étais trop tendue. C'était pas vraiment détente et plutôt décevant.

The nail artist is truly lovely—very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience enjoyable. 🌸 The design was pretty and I appreciated the care taken during the appointment. However, the professional technique could use a little improvement: the semipermanent was applied right to the cuticle, and as my nails grew, the polish started to peel off instead of lasting smoothly. With some adjustment, I believe the results could match the wonderful service. 💅✨
