I went pretty last minute for quite a big change. Cut a lot off my hair and completely changed the color. The lady that did my hair was amazing. She has a lot of eye for detail and just did a really good job matching the color I had in mind. When they finished, I had to take some time to get used to the new color, because of the big change but they were super supportive, even told me I could return if I don't like it (for free!). I'm super happy with the hair now :) Thanks!
