Ik ben hier al even klant en altijd al tevreden geweest. Wanneer Sofiia mijn nagels doet, wordt dit met uiterste zorg en oog voor detail gedaan! 🤍

I’m sure Nadiia is lovely but she didn’t understand anything I asked for and hurt me several times - leaving 3 fingers bleeding. I had long nails which I said I wanted a bit shorter but the same almond shape. She made the first nail pointy and kept it long. I told her to round it off slightly so that it’s still almond (in Dutch and English) someone else explained to her and ended up swapping places to quickly file my nails. Result: short oval with stinging bleeding cuticles.
