The first girl did a good job on nose and ears. I asked to have the eyebrows shaped and a new girl came in. She used the wax too aggressively and removed part of the skin in between the eyes and now I have a big visible peeling crust in between the eyes. They charged me 20 euros for that peeling crust! on top of that, she pretended it was nothing, while it was clear that she removed at least one layer of skin

The experience was friendly, professional, and polite. Getting a wax is always painful but it was done clean and thorough. No English though - and my French was struggling.
