Had a 2pm brushing (blowout) in anticipation of attending a 6pm wedding. Arrived and had my hair washed...Sat at the sink for a FULL HOUR waiting for someone to start my service...nothing. And in the meantime, another 3 clients arrived with appointments. As the backlog continued, I decided to just leave with my wet hair to find a salon to finish the job. Overall very disappointed. (PS- there are baskets of brushes full of hair all over the place, and the floor was *covered*...ick.)
