I am so unhappy with these nails! I accidentally made a mistake on the app so I called the salon before my appointment and they told me they could still do what I wanted. The girl that did my nails hurt me a few times, she assumed I wasn’t used to it and that it was my first time doing my nails. That’s not the case ( she was nice but just not careful enough). My nails broke an hour after my appointment!!! I didn’t even get home yet. I paid €75!! It’s so bad! They do not want to refund me!

Heel onvriendelijk personeel. Mijn haren zijn niet gelijk geknipt en totaal niet wat ik had gevraagd. Heel erg jammer.. Heel erg duur voor de service die ik heb gekregen. Had mijn haren beter zelf geknipt.
