I recently had a couples facial with my wife (Beauty C), but it was a waste of 200€. The experience was subpar, with only a steamer used and no other machines. The whitehead machine was broken, and they used a stick instead. The facial felt dry, with barely any products used. The scrubbing was rough, and I couldn't feel any hydration. It seemed like they were just pretending to apply product. Overall, the service was disappointing, and we won't be returning.
