I understand a lot of french but struggle to speak it. I let Everlaynne know that my nails broke the last time because the removal of the gel was too aggressive. There is a treatment possible but she not explain at all. Another customer sat down and they started gossiping about not choosing this option in French. It was dismissive and judgemental. I was uncomfortable and tried to make that clear. Paying for a treatment to feel judged and no attempt to rectify in a place for self care is not ok.

I have been using Sibel’s services for the last 1,5-2 years. Manicure is always perfectly done, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy, Sibel is an excellent professional and a nice person.
