Première expérience, ça s'est bien passé. Ils n'avaient pas la clé du volet du magasin mais ils ont bien communiqué. Ensuite, le soin a eu 30 minutes de retard car une cliente précédente était arrivée en retard retardant toute la journée. Cela m'a mise en retard pour le travail, c'est dommage, si les gens sont en retard il faudrait refuser leur rdv... Mais sinon ça s'est bien passé. Merci,

Nur was really nice and she was helpful. However she made a big mistake with my left eyebrow, almost waxing half of it off. And what I really did not like that this mistake was not mentioned it to me and they made me leave like that, charging me the full price and leaving me with a bad surprise after. My arm and armpit wax was fine, but I also had major irritation and skin breakage in my genital area, that still did not go away after 36 hours. Sadly I will not go back after these results...
