It was my second time there but they treated me indifferently. I booked via Treatwell and was told to pay extra upon arrival because service of brushing and styling was not included even though I paid for coloring and hair treatment. I noticed that the hairstylist offered every customer a cup of coffee or tea, but she did not bother to offer me. The first time I was there, they asked if I wanted coffee or tea, and I said coffee, but none was served at all. Customer service is lacking.
