The lady was not very warm to explain to a first time ado what to expect on her first session, what she was doing or even asking if she was ok during each stage of the process, she was holding her skin a little bit rude. The worst is that my daughter has burns in her skin after the depilation with wax, terrible experience for us. Unfortunately we won't be back there :(
