25 min late, terrible service and communication. I paid for what was clearly described in the app but I was told I'd have to pay more for the service. Too much stress for a pregnant woman. Money and time lost. Never again!

Pema is zeer goede schoonscheidsspecialiste. Zij doet de nagles perfect. Zij is vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Gellak blijft niet zitten. Niet netjes gedaan en onhygiënisch. Daarnaast totaal niet vriendelijk

I was asked to pay €15 more because I wasn’t a regular customer & I think this info should be more transparant online: I would have gone elsewhere. When I asked about this, the two ladies at KIKI’s yelled at each other and barely spoke to me, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. When a random lady walked in and asked the price for a spa mani and new set of gel with extension, she was told €5 more than I was asked for a refill. How? Terrible experience, will never set foot here again.
