Karen was so friendly, made me feel comfortable right away and was lovely to talk to. Her technique was great, but I think there must’ve been some confusion as she didn’t do the wax I thought I was getting (even though we confirmed when I arrived). I’ll need to go somewhere else to get the rest removed, which is disappointing.
