Payed full price, but did not receive full service because of booking issues on just beautys side. To book a follow up appointment to finish the service was quite impossible. They confirmed my appointment after 3 weeks (!) of trying to get a follow up appointment for the unfinished service, but as I arrived they send me home as there was a double booking. I did not get a refund.
