One day in advance, I was notified that my appointment had been pushed back by 15 minutes - ok, no big deal. However, when I arrived (at the new time), I was still kept waiting. The manicurist seemed inexperienced and could not do a gel manicure, only semi-permanent. Perhaps due to a combination of these factors, instead of 60 min, my appointment took 90 min, and I missed my train. Afterwards, I received an email from Treatwell saying the salon had flagged my appointment as a "no show". Thanks?

Catastrophic. Late handling. Poor quality of care. Left two hours later with my nails badly done and no time for the brow wax as it was almost 9pm……Really disappointed.

Soin conforme mais difficile d’en profiter pleinement quand vous êtes au beau milieu d’un chantier. Temporaire certes mais quand même.
