All super nice and kind. The cut was as I wanted to have maybe just the mask applied is not perfectly fitting with my hairs. But on the overall I am happy of the results.

Le salon est très chouette, agréable et propre, on y est très bien accueillit.
D'habitude c'est George qui s'occupe de ma coupe et il le fait toujours extrêmement minutieusement, j'en suis a chaque fois ravie. Cette fois-ci, il est absent et la patronne l'a remplacé par une de ses amies. Elle était très agréable aussi et a clairement fait son maximum mais malheureusement elle manque de technique, "coupe au pif" sans vérifier si c'est bien droit partout. Dommage

Thank you for taking time to take proper care of your clients - having thick & curly hair it’s always difficult to go to a hairdresser who doesnt make 300 comments about how much hair I have and how can I manage, that it will be difficult for them to do sthg or that they do not know what to do for me etc. I really appreciate the professionalism at Sama, it’s the 3rd time this year that I go and I get the treatment & a haircut (my hair grows fast) & I never get nasty comment - the staff is always nice and welcoming and making me comfortable & I am sometimes the one joking and apologizing about my hair but they are always lovely & making me feel good about myself! Thank you so much, that is what a beauty salons are here for: making clients feel better about themselves - thank you for that!
