I arrived on time and had to wait over 30 minutes. I did book the treatment through Treatwell but decided to pay at the venue. Once the treatment was done, there was an extra 15€ to pay, without explanation. I paid and left. Then the lady called me and explained the price difference was due to the manicure she had to do (cut the cuticles - her words) to apply the gel. I don’t find it honest and would have preferred to be informed beforehand. I liked the outcome, but will not go back nor recommend it to someone!
