I booked the hair cut on Treatwell for Saturday morning at 10 am, and I received the confirmation of the appointment and the receipt for the pre-payment by email. I went to the appointment as scheduled but no one showed up. I gave them some time but after one hour and a half waiting I have had enough. That’s absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advice not to book here. I will try to have a refund directly by them since the Treatwell app does not allow me to do this now at this time.
