I have been hesitating a lot to write, however, I have booked a root coloring and I had very blonde hair with highlights. My hair tends to gets orange that's why I would needed a pro help. Lady told me she cannot color my roots like this so she will do it a bit darker but not that dark and right now I am fully brunette with complete different than what was shown to me. All my work to get my hair blonde went in vain. Also required to pay more which would be fine if my hair would be fixed....
