I recently visited Hairtalk for a balayage and haircut. The salon was clean, but my overall experience was disappointing. I showed a photo of my desired hair, but Lana thought it was not good and she showed a photo of what she recommend. I decided to trust her but unfortunately for me, the results of the color was far from what she showed me, my haircut is too short and uneven. And to make it even worse, the price was double what was advertised. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I missed my appointment by an hour and phoned to apologise and arrange a new time. I was told I had lost my payment no alternative appointment was offered. Being charged is unaccepted to me when just offering a new slot is good customer care.
