Ik ben heel erg teleurgesteld. De kapster was op zich vriendelijk, maar ze heeft mijn haar niet mooi geknipt. Ze heeft ook wel het tegenovergestelde gedaan dan ik had gevraagd. Ik schaam me eigenlijk zelfs en hopelijk kan er een andere kapster snel de schade verdoezelen.
