I had an appointment at 17:05 but had to wait till 07:25 as the hairdresser was still busy with other client. Haircut is ok. I was a bit disappointed that no heat protection was applied before my hair was blowdried.

The one cutting my son's hair was all the time watching her colleague drying another woman's hair, cutting the hair without looking at it. My kid complained of pain saying that for at least 5 times he felt like she was pulling his hair. But I believe it was the scissor that were not cutting well, and instead pulling his hair. We showed her a photo of his haircut, but still she cut it completely different. We can see so many marks on his hair. Badly cut.
