I booked a BIAB manicure and arrived with gel on my nails; the booking process did not ask for this information. As removal took longer than expected, the technician became irritated, rushed the service, and raised her voice, saying she “doesn’t have time” and was “wasting money” on me. When I asked to pay by QR code, she told me she doesn't need my money and not to return. Completely unprofessional.
