I paid for the appointment in advance, arrived and was told there’s a mistake and the manicurist is not there. I asked for a reimbursement and was told that as she’s not there, there’s nothing they could do. Finally they called her and I was told she would take care of the reimbursement or I could also demand it via treatwell. It’s been 2 days and I still have not received anything or heard from anyone.
