Natalia is a really fun person, I can relax around her. She's great and cleaning up your nails, even if they are in bad shape. Her application is great too, I am sensitive to the curing process, but with Natalia, it never burns during curing, meaning she has a really good application technique. The nail shaping could use some work, but everything else is great. She works quickly and securely and cleans up well. Overall very happy with my experience.
