We come to this place for more years and always great haircuts. Friendly suggestion: Not to hide if you cut my son's ear even if not serious. Please train staff that they know where the first aid kit is - he could not even give a desinfectant wetwipe, not speaking of a plaster. Instead, he said it is nothing and spoke in Arabic about me to his colleague while I was waiting for him to find alcohol without success. Not accepting mums' worries is not customer centric and disrespectful.
