The service and atmosphere were nice but the problem is their products and how to wax. The first step of organic wax was so painful and somehow after I finish waxing I got bloody bruises on my groin next to my private spot and the sugar wax (I guess) is too hot. I did sugar wax before but I never experienced the hottest one like this.

Place was very comfortable, and Marcelline was very nice, unfortunately the actual service was not good. The procedure how he did my underarms was very painful. I have right now both armpits fully red and sensitive to the touch, like it's burned. The wax temperature was ok, but the stripping was too hard. The Hollywood wax was much better but incomplete. I noticed later there was still some hairs left. I don't recommend wax rollers. Even applying can be painful, specially on unfirmed areas.
