J'ai énormément souffert alors que lorsque je le fais moi-meme ou mon estheticienne habituelle, je ne souffres pas autant. Je le disais à l'esthécienne que j'avais mal et elle me disait que c'est moi qui etait douillette...

I will never go there again. I was waiting 1h30 until they started. I said from the beginning that I have to be at work in time. They told me all the time no problem we will be done in time with the result that I had to leave with soaking wet hair and no cut in order to be “just” 20 min late at work. For just adding some Color to my roots, washing my hair with cold water and a pretty brutal brushing that made me have tears in my eyes, for being late at work and for leaving with wet hair and finally no cut which I initially booked, they wanted to rip me off 100€.
