I went to this salon to have my gel polish removed, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. First, the technician did not wash his hands after finishing a pedicure with another client before starting my procedure. Then, instead of carefully removing the polish, he used a machine so unprofessionally that my nails started to hurt. Worse, he even cut my finger with the machine, applying it to my skin instead of my nail.
