First time having a manicure with no use of water. Nails were left rough and not so smooth with some bleeding.

They do their job really well, it’s not the first time I was there. I am always very satisfied both with manicure and pedicure. However, make sure you have enough time to get your treatment done because they can be quite slow

It was my first time there and my experience was positive. They needed to remove my acrylic before proceeding with the standard manicure and semipermanent treatment, not an easy job but they managed brilliantly. Only downside: the waiting time, as I had to wait 20 minutes while they were making future plannings with another customer and generally speaking,I had the feeling that they really like to take their time while working. Overall I am satisfied of the results and I might come back.
