The atmosphere in the salon was kind of weird. First I was made to sit in a chair full of hair of the lady who was there before me. I felt that the hairdresser was making fun of me, because I have really thin hair? And because I just wanted the ends to be healthy again. Which to the hairdresser was apparently weird. I was uncomfortable the whole time and felt mocked. Also at first they didn't want to accept payment by bancontact, and I had to pay more than the prices I found on their website.

Accueil glacial, arrivée à l’heure mais 20 min d’attente sans excuse. Réservation via Treatwell pour shampoing-coupe-brushing, mais on m’annonce un supplément à régler, sans excuse, rejetant la faute sur l’appli. On m’a proposé de me couper les cheveux à sec, au même prix (alors que j’avais déjà payé pour shampoing et brushing) car elle était pressée. J’ai refusé et agacée, la prestation a été expédiée en 10 min. Aucune politesse, aucun sourire. Je me suis sentie de trop du début à la fin.
