we booked a couples massage at Javine Wellness Louise and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We requested a deep massage, but the service provided was more like a light relaxing massage. In particular, my partner’s therapist mostly rubbed oil on her and did not meaningfully adjust pressure even after she asked for more.
My massage was somewhat better, but both treatments lacked the level of pressure and professionalism we expected for the premium price paid.

Le salon ne respecte pas les normes d’hygiène, les outils ne sont pas désinfectés, ni changé ms entre les clientes; et même la table et les lampes sont remplis de poussière m. La pose de vernis semi-permanent était inacceptable.
Le vernis déborde sur les côtés, il n’est pas uniformément appliqué et les couleurs sont transparentes. De plus, il y a beaucoup d’air qui passe sous le vernis ce qui peut provoquer des champignons ou d’autres infections.

I was very disappointed with my pedicure. I specifically explained that my heels had very hard, dry skin and needed extra attention, but the treatment was brief and not thorough. I also had to hold my leg up throughout the treatment, which was uncomfortable. My toenails were poorly cut, especially the big toenail on my left foot. I have a piece of nail just missing. The nails were also uneven in length. Finally, my 50-minute appointment ended after only 30 minutes.
