First they cancelled my appoint saying they were double booked and finally they gave me another time. I booked for a bikini Brazilian full but she told me that was not what I booked for ! She was in a hurry just did a basic cleaning 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The specialist did a decent job,but lacked empathy and kept me waiting for 25 minutes (didn't ask a lot of questions to make sure I am comfortable, nor apologised for the delay). The not optimal planning seemed more a problem with her colleagues.
