The place is not what its identified in the application.
There is no bancontact and the place is smelly.
The door is always open which makes it uncomfortable when we stay for 3 hours with a wheat hed!
I was charged for a extra service without previous notice!
After telling that the "balayage" service was really not what I expected the member of the staff ask me 50euros additional for also having cover the roots. The answer was that I should have ask and as a client I think that is also is duty to inform!!
With the excuse that he didn't know what I asked when I entered the place and what I booked on the application of course that I payed more of what I expected.
Sincerely I am disappointed with the results, the lack of communication and the price for the service.
Definitely not a place that I recommend.
