Saturday morning 06/08 - I barely spent 15 minutes in total with the lady doing the facial, the rest of the time I was left alone. In total, it took about 40 minutes, instead of 1 hour. Her nails were so long, so she could not properly spread the cream. Also, she was not friendly at all. Steam and a mask left for a long time, nothing else done. Unacceptable for 75 EUR.
