Very disappointed with this pedicure. The treatment was rough, cut my toes, and left them sore for days. The technician even reused a nail file from another client without disinfecting it, which felt unhygienic. At checkout, I was asked to pay extra and only after questioning it several times was told it was a “mistake.” Overall unprofessional and not relaxing…I won’t be returning.
