Josephine is an excellent therapist with a gentle and very focused presence. the whole experience felt very intentional from the moment I walked in. I came in for cupping therapy and was surprised by how effective it felt. It helped release some deep tension. especially in areas that felt tight for weeks.
Definitely worth trying if you want something deeper than a regular massage.
