Très décevant. Un soin 'anti-âge' de 60 minutes qui a duré 30 minutes à peine, 90 EUR. Ramona a utilisé une machine pour aspirer mes boutons noirs, sans me demander si c'était ok et m'expliquer les conséquences - et je suis restée avec un nez tout mauve. Bcp de critiques sur l'état de ma peau trop-ceci, pas assez cela, pas chouette du tout.

Horrible experience. Racist owner. The owner yelled at me for booking with the Black Friday promo (€27 instead of €110) and asked me to pay the differrnce. I tried to explain but she wldnt let me talk and called me “an entitled Israeli”. Mind you I’m Lebanese which makes this even worse. Completely discriminatory and unprofessional. The practitioner was kind, but the owner’s behaviour was unacceptable. I left feeling shocked. Not recommended.
