Emma made the wax stick to my skin several times before being able to rip it off. This was hurtful and left me with bruises. I had also asked to do my bikini if there was time left. This was at 5:45 pm and my appointment was scheduled until 6:00 pm. She refused saying she needed 20 min for the bikini (instead of 15) knowing that my legs only took 30 mins instead of 45. Bad experience with her but the salon is good.
