Horrible shop owner. She started screaming at me cause I asked a receipt with TVA (local tax) for my payment. She said the price will be different, she charged me more (different pricing from the one presented at the website where I did my reservation treatwell.be), and said “this is too expensive for me”. She tried to intimidate me - unacceptable, unprofessional, horrible. Besides this, the ladies working for her are lovely and professional. I'm never visiting again.
