As usual, Deborah was great and my nails are lovely. However, my booking was originally for 12pm but somehow got changed to 1130am. I texted the salon & it turns out that they have changed my time without informing me first. I’m glad that I checked the app again. I don’t mind changing my appointment if my schedule is free. But next time, first ask the client if they are ok to change. You cannot ask after changing it as it defeats the purpose of booking a specific time & being professional.
