Ponlok is very kind, and her space is very cute. The semi-permanent treatment was well done overall, and I am generally happy with the result. For improvement, I would suggest more precision around the nail edges, as some product remained on the skin after the treatment. I would also prefer more attention to hygiene, such as using gloves and ensuring that tools and the working area are consistently well cleaned.
