Had coupe en drogen besteld en kreeg exact waar ik om vroeg. De kapster was sympathiek, had oog voor detail en hield rekening met mijn wensen. Meer dan tevreden!

Very expensive for the quality you get. I ordered a hair shampoo coloring for 45 euro and ended up paying 83 euro (10 extra for long hair, 5 extra for conditioner, 23 for blow dry - weekend tariff). I wouldn't have mind if the quality was great but everything was done by a junior hair dresser who was clearly still in training. The shampoo was medium brown and the result is a mix of dark brown on top and light brown in the lower parts. Orphée cut my bangs but I had to redo it at home (not straight). Orphée and the staff were really friendly, but given the high price for low quality, I won't return here.

Even though I had to move my appointment two times (Treatwell representative have sent me an apology along with a voucher on their behalf, kudos!), the price to quality ratio of this place is just insane! They know how to treat their client with utmost hospitality, while maintaining an extremely (yes) reasonable price. So, don't look any further! :)
