Worst experience in a salon ever.
The actual owner of the salon didn't do my hair and just left without saying anything leaving me with the less experienced one/intern. She didn't communicate, was slow, late, rude and unprofessional. Most of all, inexperienced, because she had to literally call the owner to ask her which steps to do next. She was rough with my hair even though I showed her how I normally brush it out pain-free. I walked about before she could mess up more.

As the first customer of the day, I arrived when the business was not yet fully open. Perhaps that's why the start-up was a bit messy, but both ladies have made up for that with their expertise! I asked for advice on model/haircut and left with a metamorphosis that I am very happy with! Thanks you and until next time!
