I had an appointment with Manuelle. She said she called me two hours before the appointment to reschedule it, but I never received any call. In any case, appointments shouldn’t be rescheduled or cancelled on the same day, especially with such short notice.

Owner is always late. I had to wait for 30min for the place to open. Next day, I came back for another appointment and again she is 30min late. Very disappointing
